Step 2: Organize
Once we’ve determined what items will remain, and with your guidance, I’ll organize your belongings in a way that best suits you and those you share your space with. The aim is to repurpose existing storage containers and household items whenever possible, reducing or even eliminating the need to purchase additional products.
Step 3: Establish Systems
After everything is in place, we’ll review the setup together and create simple routines to help you maintain the organization long term.
What to Expect
Decluttering & Organizing
Simply Neat tackles clutter in personal spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, closets, garages, office spaces and more, ensuring each area is tailored to your needs.
Space Planning
Asking questions, I will evaluate your room’s function, layout, and flow to maximize utility and comfort.
Light Cleaning
During organizing sessions, light cleaning such as dusting and wiping surfaces is included to ensure your newly organized space shines.
Bins, Shelving & Labels
To start, I will use items you already have in your home or business. If you need additional items, I will recommend products for you to consider and purchase.
Donation Coordination
Ready to part with items you no longer need? I’ll arrange donation pickups or drop-offs.
Pricing
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Hourly Rate: $75/hr to $100/hr, tailored to the scope and complexity of your project.
Payment Schedule: For one-day projects, payment is due upon completion. For multi-day projects, I require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% at project completion.
Payment Methods: I accept cash, check, and online transfer for your convenience.
Late Payment Policy: Payments overdue may incur a $25/day fee.
My goal is to keep payment straightforward so you can focus on the transformation happening in your space.
